Roasted Goose served in Peking Duck Style (limited order per day)
Hand-selected male goose from Changhua, Taiwan. Marinate for 24 hours with star anise, five spice powder, licorice powder, white pepper powder, salt, and sugar. Then rinse and apply a coating made of maltose, red vinegar, and wine to hang dry for a day. Lastly, bake the dry goose to perfection, crispy on the outside and tender inside. The juicy meat has a unique, yet elegant aroma. Guests get to enjoy the three-eat method with the roasted goose: sliced skin, roasted legs with honey and diced goose stew with ginger. Enjoy a variety of flavors!
