Introduce a fusion of traditional Hong Kong Style soup and Taiwanese Buddha Jumping Over the Wall. First, the thick soup base is made by slow simmering of an old hen, pork lion bone (keel), pork, and chicken feet for three hours. After straining the thick soup base, add in 10 rich ingredients such as pork belly, abalone, scallop, sea cucumber, fish maw, bamboo fungus, mushroom, bamboo shoot tip, baby cabbage, wolfberry, and other 10 kinds of rich ingredients. Continue to simmer for 1 hour until all ingredients are perfectly immersed/fuse together for umami flavors. Feel the satisfaction as the first sip warms up the stomach and soul.
